Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. - Quran Al-Mumtahanah(She That is to be Examined) 60:8 (islam)

During some of the Ghazawat of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) a woman was found killed, so Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)

They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein.
